Week commencing 15th:
Monday 15th - No Adviceline
Tuesday 16th - Adviceline 10am-1pm
Wednesday 17th - Adviceline 10am-1pm

Friday 19th - No Adviceline
Week commencing 22nd:
Monday 22nd - No Adviceline
Tuesday 23rd - Adviceline 10am-1pm - Last Adviceline before Christmas
Wednesday 24th - No Adviceline, email only before 2pm
For those who have an emergency and cannot email, you can leave a message on our Voicemail which will be monitored up to around 2pm on Xmas Eve. THIS IS FOR EMRGENCIES ONLY and not general advice. Voicemail: 01646 623104
After 2pm on Christmas eve our service will be closed until the 5th of January, when we will reopen. Our AI self-help chatbot will be available throughout the holiday period via our website for general advice.

Christmas Opening Hours
24 December - line closes at 1PM
25 & 26 December - line closed
Saturday 27 December - the line will not be staffed, however, a voicemail facility will be available and call backs will be actioned on Monday 29th December
29 & 30 December - The line will be staffed 9AM- 5PM and a voicemail facility will be available between 8-9AM and 5-7PM on both days
31 December - line closes at 1PM
1 January - line closed
