We are delighted to welcome our new CEO - Jayne O'Hara

Citizens Advice Pembrokeshire is delighted to welcome new CEO

10 November 2025

Citizens Advice Pembrokeshire is thrilled to announce that Jayne O’Hara has joined us as our new Chief Executive Officer.

Jayne brings extensive experience in the community and housing sector, most recently serving as Head of West Wales Care and Repair. She has a strong track record of leading teams to deliver practical, person-centred solutions, and she is passionate about ensuring everyone in our community can access free, confidential advice when they need it most.

“I’m honoured to be joining such a dedicated team. I look forward to building on the incredible work already happening across the community, supporting people when they need advice and guidance.” – Jayne O’Hara

We would also like to express our heartfelt thanks to Geraldine Murphy, who has led Citizens Advice Pembrokeshire since 2018 but is now looking forward to semi-retirement. During her tenure, the organisation has navigated significant change, particularly during and post the Covid-19 pandemic, and is now in a strong position to continue helping thousands of people across our region.

“Working with this incredible team and seeing the positive difference we make in people’s lives every day has been a true privilege. I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together, especially through a period of substantial change, and I wish Jayne every success as she takes the organisation forward into its next chapter.” – Geraldine Murphy

Please join us in giving Jayne a warm welcome and thanking Geraldine for her commitment and leadership over the past five years. (Geraldine will remain at Citizens Advice Pembrokeshire as part of a handover to Jayne until December).
