Without our incredible volunteers, we couldn’t provide the life-changing support that helps people in Pembrokeshire tackle their problems with confidence. Whether it’s securing vital benefits, preventing evictions, or fighting unfair charges, our volunteers make a real difference every day by being part of our team.
We are currently recruiting for the following volunteer positions:
Volunteer IT Support
Are you an IT expert looking for a way to use your skills to help others? We’re a small, welcoming charity in need of a Volunteer IT Support to keep our systems running smoothly. From troubleshooting issues to helping us stay connected, your support will make a real difference in the work we do for our community.
The role would suit a recently retired IT professional or expert with a day or more a week to volunteer. You’ll be joining a friendly and inclusive team where everyone is valued and supported.
We welcome volunteers from all backgrounds and experiences, and we offer flexible opportunities in terms of hours and the potential for some remote working. If you're interested, we’d love to hear from you!

Volunteer Adviser
Do you enjoy helping people? Join our friendly and inclusive team as a Volunteer Adviser and make a real difference in your community. We provide free, confidential advice on a range of issues to those who need it, and we’re looking for kind and approachable volunteers to help us support local people.
No prior experience is needed (but if you have some, that’s great!) – we’ll provide full training and ongoing support. You’ll have the opportunity to share or gain skills in communication, problem-solving, and advice-giving, all while being part of a welcoming and supportive environment where everyone is valued.
